Terms of sale

Delivery times may vary depending on the country and conditions.

For customers in the province of Quebec, pickup at the studio is available. Delivery is also possible.

For customers outside Quebec, delivery will be made by a transport company. Fees will be calculated at checkout.

For countries outside of Canada, customs fees and/or local taxes are at the buyer's expense

All paintings will be properly packaged to minimize the risk of breakage during delivery.

Please check your order upon receipt and notify me as soon as possible of any shortage or breakage at hugo@hugolandry.com or 418-524-9887.

f you believe that an error has occurred when placing your order, I invite you to notify me without delay, within 48 hours of its discovery and send me an email to :hugo@hugolandry.com and explain the error in detail.

Items purchased online or on site can be exchanged within 10 days of the date of purchase. You must contact me immediately by email at hugo@hugolandry.com or by phone at 418-524- 9887.

Note that if customs fees have been paid upon receipt by the buyer, they cannot be reimbursed.

The painting must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging).

Paintings returned damaged or soiled by the Buyer will not be taken back or refunded, Hugo Landry reserving this choice to its sole discretion.

If the buyer does not wish to replace the work immediately, a gift card or a credit note will be given to him.

I guarantee to be the author of the artwork, that the artwork does not in any way contravene the laws, regulations and standards in force and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. During the sale, I transfer to the buyer the material support of the work while retaining the moral rights on the work sold as well as the rights related to its reproduction.

I undertake to put all measures in place to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer.

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THE MERCHANT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO THE TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE. IT ALSO EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE AND ON ITS SERVERS AND IN THE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
