Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on the country and conditions.

For customers in the province of Quebec, pickup at the studio is available. Delivery is also possible.

For customers outside Quebec, delivery will be made by a transport company. Fees will be calculated at checkout.

For countries outside of Canada, customs fees and/or local taxes are at the buyer's expense

 

Packaging

All paintings will be properly packaged to minimize the risk of breakage during delivery.

 

Damages

Please check your order upon receipt and notify me as soon as possible of any shortage or breakage at hugo@hugolandry.com or 418-524-9887.

 

Command error

If you believe that an error has occurred when placing your order, I invite you to notify me without delay, at the latest within 48 hours of its discovery and send me a message to the following email: hugo@hugolandry.com and explain in details the error.
