Refund policy
Items purchased online or at the studio can be exchanged within 10 days of the date of purchase. You must contact me immediately by email at hugo@hugolandry.com or by phone at 418-524-9887.
Note that if customs fees have been paid upon receipt by the buyer, they cannot be reimbursed.
The painting must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging).
Works returned damaged or soiled by the buyer will not be taken back or refunded, Hugo Landry reserving this choice at its sole discretion.
If the buyer does not wish to replace the painting immediately, a gift card or a credit note will be given to him.
If you believe that an error has occurred when placing your order, I invite you to notify me without delay, within 48 hours of its discovery and send me an email to : hugo@hugolandry.com and explain the error in detail.
